Daisy Wilson House
Daisy Wilson, the mother of August Wilson, lived at this address for some time until her death in 1983. At the 1999 world premire of King Hedley II, Augsut Wilson recognized the backyard of 1621 Bedford Avenue as the intended setting for the play. Two Trains Running also makes reference to the address 1621; however, it serves as an extra homage to Wilson's mother rather than an actual setting.
